Twerking

In 2013, she gained inspiration to incorporate twerking into her dance/exercise routines. This was right after Miley Cyrus's twerking performance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony.
In January 2014, Lexy Panterra founded her twerking exercise program LexTwerkOut. Back when she first started exercising, she personally did not like the look and feel of traditional workouts. With this in mind, she created a concept that combined twerking with fitness.
